Manager, Project Execution
- Execution Optimization: Responsible for optimizing and delivering complex RNG/CHP projects, ensuring effective execution from late development stages to handoff to the Operations and Maintenance team.
- Project Leadership: Provides overall project leadership, challenging assumptions to ensure the most effective plans are in place and developing/owning the Project Execution Plan.
- Stakeholder Communication: Determines key stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the project, and interfaces with the Project Manager of Development to set up projects for success after obtaining full funding.
- Technical Oversight: Manages technical aspects, from conceptual design to detailed design basis memoranda, working with outside engineering, procurement management, and negotiating/manage large equipment supply contracts.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Produces regular reports for senior leadership, monitors progress, and ensures alignment with expected outcomes. Additionally, acts as the primary contact overseeing all aspects of RNG project contracting nationwide, requiring approximately 25-50% travel.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or similar field
- 10+ years of experience in managing projects or managing EPC contractors in Renewable Energy projects or RNG
- Preferred: Project Management Experience and/or certification
- Knowledge of RNG initiatives, policy, and/or renewable initiatives in project management/development
Salary:
